This Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough is a no-bake, high-protein dessert or snack that blends creamy cottage cheese, sweetener, and almond flour for a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cottage cheese

  • 1½ cups almond flour or oat flour

  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey

  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

    Optional Add-ins:

     

    • 1 tbsp nut butter

    • 1 tbsp chia or flaxseed

    • Protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.

  2. In a bowl, combine flour, blended cheese, syrup, vanilla, and salt.

  3. Stir until a soft dough forms. Adjust texture as needed.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips or mix-ins.

  5. Chill for 15–30 minutes. Scoop and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a baked version: shape into balls, bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.

  • Store in fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
