This slow cooker peach upside-down cake is buttery, fruity, and incredibly easy—perfect for summer or any time you want a hands-off dessert.
1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches in juice, drained
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 box yellow cake mix
3 large eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water or peach juice
1. Grease the slow cooker insert and turn to LOW.
2. Melt butter and brown sugar directly in the insert.
3. Layer drained peaches over the caramel base.
4. In a separate bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water.
5. Pour batter gently over the peach layer. Do not stir.
6. Cover and cook on LOW for 2½–3 hours or HIGH for 1½–2 hours.
7. Let cool for 15 minutes before flipping onto a plate.
